cherry tomato travel mug

I originally sculpted this design so that I could have a to-go coffee cup that actually fit in my car’s cupholder!

This ripening cherry tomato mug is handbuilt and sculpted using white stoneware. The insect is decorated with underglaze and a clear glaze layered on top. The piece is fired in a kiln to full vitrification and thus is food-safe. The materials used are dishwasher/microwave safe, though this ceramic piece is fragile, so handle with care.

The piece you will receive is exactly the piece in the photo, so please review the images carefully before purchasing. Because this is a handmade ceramic mug, it may have slight imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the item.
